About our speaker:
She is a PMP certified Senior Program / Project Manager with excellent skills in the areas of building PMOs, strategic / thought leadership and change management with a strong focus on being customer, systems, process & results oriented. In the near future, she looks forward to acquiring ACP, Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma and ITIL v3 certification. This is Debra's 7th year serving as a member as a Board officer of the PMI Inland Empire Chapter. She currently facilitates PMP Prep Exam Workshops and works with students through regularly scheduled Study Groups to ensure they pass the exam.
As PMICIE President, Debra has created the chapter's first Strategic PMO Organization Charter and the requisite Strategic Initiatives allowing volunteer leaders to create and manage programs that will deliver high member value-add services; in turn. increasing membership. Debra has and will continue to volunteer her time to grow and expand the project management community at both the national and international levels. Her mission is to BUILD strategically aligned and foundationally solid programs, that CREATE many excellent opportunities to DEVELOP, mentor and educate volunteers and anyone with a desire to grow their professional and personal leadership skills.
